This landmark office building comprises in total 22,000sq.ft. with multiple office space areas available for lease. A property management company holds the responsibility for the multiple occupants on site. The site benefits from an ACT Vanderbelt networked access control system with external locking to comply with EN 179. The database is securely located on site but the software has been duplicated at the Property Management premises to allow for remote access, for ease of issuing new users, access rights and cards.
